We allocate a contact person to ensure pre-event planning and post-event follow-up activities are managed to the highest standards. We insist on an uninterrupted flow of information and absolute transparency. You are given comprehensive information about all procedures in good time ahead of the event. Of course, we are also ready to help during the entire event and can also take responsibility for on-site services such as participant registration.

Our registration service includes the following individual services:

• Collection of participation fees and recording of payment
• Registration confirmation / payment request to participant
• Production of participant lists and payment balances
• Setting up a day-office (counter) on site
• Production of badges
• Production and handover of congress participant files and bags, including information about the city of Salzburg
• Compilation of detailed final invoices
• Rental service for banners, photos and texts
